About Me

 

I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as an EMDR Approved Consultant, working in the Kansas City area. I enjoy working with adult individuals. I specialize in trauma (including complex trauma), anxiety, abuse, and boundaries/communication issues. I am extensively trained within the EMDR modality and I have seen powerful results from this method.

My hope is that through therapy, my clients will feel more empowered to find healing from past hurts, traumas, and issues, and be able to live with more freedom and peace in their lives. I truly enjoy the work I do with my clients and the ways I have seen people find relief and healing in their everyday lives.
